OK, it's a new year. Here is my Resolution to talk about something positive. Apologies.
Music? Any guesses on my previous question? What does Il Divo do next in their new incarnation?
I'm sitting here listening to 'The Tenors' and they have a new album coming out in February....mostly orginial songs. They all write, they all play instruments and they each can hold their own for solo songs. Impressive competition, says I. Same with Il Volo. Big voices and quite professional musical direction and management for those young men.
So, what will the new 'Il Divo' be?

Can there actually be a new Il Divo? I shall stick with Patrizio Buanne and Andrea Bocelli myself.

You most certainly are welcome here... as is anyone who cares to chat about Il Divo or anything else that takes your fancy... We just feel the topic of Urs Buhler and Kelly Phelan has run it's course now...... everyone has had a say and the subject is now closed..... The majority of us here couldn't care less what he or she are doing. So it will be interesting if new members will continue to post or if their only intrest was airing their views about the Prince and the Showgirl... As for the 'New Il Divo'.....who knows what they'll come up with. It must be difficult to come up with new ideas given what they do..... What would you like to see them do.....I'd like to be impressed by them again..because they really do have the goods but the recent choice of songs songs are disappointing in my opinion.

I still very much like Il Divo. They give an excellent concert.I think I have been spoiled by having 4 very different personalities on stage ,even if some I don't like as much as others.I agree that I do not like the new songs added to the greatest hits list,I believe that they would be enriched by a little less of the Carlos fortissimo- even though I do believe he has a lovely voice ,just sometimes he is allowed to dominate too much.Seb would be served by getting rid of the nasal sound to his voice but they do sound beautiful more often than not.I do not mind covers, being sung in a language other than English is fie too ,however a more careful choice of songs is necessary, perhaps they should listen less tp the fans and possibly branch out more-but to where!!!!!

I often wonder what they could do with Danny boy
or even this, Till by Tom Jones
or even With these hands:
It what they seem to do best,
Then on the other hand, I wonder what they would do with this, The Damed Elouise:
My friend Bryn from the Damed could give them a few pointers

Dear members, and guests, the moderators in this forum are able to appreciate the best moment for locking a thread the discussion about URS' life was getting too far a lot of suppositions and extrapolations about his life, his thoughts, his behaviours... so far away from interest for music or A artist or A band. To keep everyone happy to visit the forum, and to post, the moderators had done their job, and I thank them from all my heart.
there's no point about freedom of speech or democracy, the point is about stalking someone, a famous one OK, but someone, a human being. so take a deep breath, consider the new year beginning, and ask yourself: what would I do to improve my life?

In france we have a band of men, the STENTORS, coming from the opera world, they are gorgeous and very talented... and not considering themselves as half-gods
many fans many fans (OK lots of women) but I think I'm going to see them on stage!

I don't see anything wrong with the other thread you should of called it Chat about Urs, everyone who was enjoing the old thread, sure looked like some had a lot of fun and why not! talking about there favorite subject, What was boring for a few of you, others were enjoying it very much, and that new thread! now that's a very boring one , if your trying to keep people away your doing a very good job, this way you can stay with your handfull of people and talk only of what you like, and what suits you the best, I feel like we are in the OF when some thing doesn't suit you, you put a stop to it, keep your mouth shut , cause if some don't like it you are cut off.......
good-bye ladies have fun with your new thread!!!!

GOODBYE Sorry to see that you feel that way about our little bar, but one big difference here vs the Il Divo official forum- we are not sponsored or run by Il divo-- yes we love to poke at them, but considering that this is our house and you came in, then you play by house rules-- If that doesn't please you, then by all means open your own little world and trash Urs and all his girlies all you care too.

Well you wouldn't, would you, being as you are so totally obsessed with Urs and his antics, however, it would seem the rest of us are fed up with it now and want to move on and talk about other things.
You want a thread dedicated to Urs, then go play on the OF, I believe they have one there as they do for each Divo, oops, sorry, I forgot, you wouldn't be allowed to say ANY of the stuff you have got away with here, so don't you dare compare this forum with that one, or try to tell us what we can or can't do.
I suggest you go open your own forum, that way you can dedicate the whole place to Urs and his latest floosie, just don't expect any of us to drop by and join in on a subject that has been done to death and then some. Talk about flogging a dead horse
No one asked you to poke your nose in, you chose to come here and comment on numerous occasions,we have allowed you your say without sanction, so don't come in here dissing OUR forum.

A shame you chose to stop posts about the Oors and his playmate just as someone posted some beautiful photos of the two, they clearly posed for them willingly.

I suppose that, if someone has posted photos, there are easy to find on Facebook or Twitter and any other social network.

That was a bit harsh,I have never "perved" over those or any other pictures.Just thought I'd express my opinion, You may have noticed I did not try to offend you and post them. Please tell me why did you go to find them when you claim to be bored with the subject and DON'T CARE ?What made you look see ? That's what I DON'T UNDERSTAND
