Well I'm off to the shops....no idea what's for Din-Dins yet but I'd best get my arse in gear....I can't believe I went grocery shopping yesterday and got nothing for todays dinner... as my Mother would say when we were kids and forgot something she'd sent us for...'If you haven't got a good head you have to have a good pair of legs'....or these days lots of petrol in you car... I've been so lazy today....I watched 'Mutiny on the Bounty' this morning with Marlon Brando and Trevor Howard and really enjoyed it.... Marlon Brando in his day....Om Nom Nom.... ahhh to be the good rev and have time to trawl the internet- to think her church folk (what's the name for them? ) pay her good money to search out and seek Il divo and get to listen to wonderful sermons extolling their greatness!!!
I mean what is not to love about these four WONDERFUL MEN! So Christ like in their demeanor- I would listen to a sermon on a weekly basis if I could strive to be like them.
I mean--- we have two with babies before marriage, one that broke up a marriage and one that has been married- but no longer-- what is not to love about them.
But, who am I to judge? Not sure what type of religion that she teaches- but it isn't the same Southern Baptist doctrine I was raised on!

You know.... that NEVER dawned on me Not exactly paragons of virtue, are they....especially The Chest (I repeat....especially The Chest)
Maybe she just has a REALLY small congregation of pensioners with hearing difficulties and no internet to see whats she's gushing about
There's also the distinct possibility that a dog collar (and a few other bits) might be flung out the window if The Oors give her the "glad eye", as my Mum would say. She wouldn't be a paragon of virtue herself, if the opportunity arose.....along with the rest of the happily married women who chase these mens arses

The glad eye Love it! Many would fling their knickers out the window if they received the glad eye especially from the URS!
I am sure the Rev is a lovely person, but the way she gushes on and on about Il Divo- you wonder, how much is that lust and how much is ...........I don't know...........idol worship?? I enjoyed their music, well I used to, but now, not so sure, but I never GUSHED about how they made me feel so tingly- wasn't that the word to describe the Dublin concert? Just bothers me- I guess, if she didn't promote the dog collar with the the gushing and was just one of the many- guess it wouldn't be so bad.

My Goodness-- I have read in more than one place where the Il Divo fans that purchased special rights to seats ($45) and purchased tickets blindly to find out that now that tickets are in general sale, that better seats are available
and women that pre ordered the special book with the CD have had orders cancelled by Sony saying the funds that they paid with are now no good??
Seems Il Divo in their bid to reach the masses, ie, Twitter, facebook, etc forgot that their loyal fans are only a post away with out a mod there to erase the ugly and the guys are now on the hot seat to reply back.
My, my, my. Seems that Sony and Il Divo may have to answer a few sticky questions about poor practices by their affiliate companies and scamming of the masses- Come on guys-- promise what you sell! I may not have fallen for the scam, but folks that bought tickets in blind faith are on row 12 and open tickets are for row 4?? Speaks poorly of the running of the ship. As for the book and CD- there were 500 signed, David said so in a twitter post, but you wonder how many were sold??
Ah well, mayhap that some of these nut jobs that have spent a mere fortune chasing these men around have gotten their just desserts but some of the others I do feel sorry for.

Good afternoon to yews... Hows you all ?....it a grey murky day here in Dublins fair city....'where the girls are sooo pretty' but still very mild...temperature wise... very odd.. Annnyway...back to biusness... So the Diva chicks are devastated and complaining....again... Is all not well in LaLa Land..? They paid a fee to be called 'A Diva'.....they paid money to be recognised as a 'True Fan' so they could get better seats than the ordinary normal person going out to enjoy a concert... and now they find that they are as far back as row 12....is row 12 not a good seat..I think it's actually a pretty good seat if you are there for the right reason...ie..to enjoy the show..do all these f*cking dimwits go deaf and blind if they sre further back than the 2nd row.... they are there for one reason and that is to be seen and recognised by these blokes...begining,middle and end of story.. and these fellas are flattered by their fabulous support... JAYSUS...!!!!!! what exactley are they supporting....their music..their work...their talent...????...or the possibility that they might get a sh*g up against the wall after the show... Iread a comment from 'someone' who had bought tickets for herself and her 3 daughters for 2 shows....at the cost of $1,000 and got row 15....she is devastated.... and WOULD NOT have bought them if she'd known she was that FAR back...really.. WHY ??????.....I thought it was about the music.... So now they are crying out to have the matter addressed and be relocated to better seats.....so how will that work....will anyone who got a better seat be told to sit further back so all the stalkers can sit front and centre AGAIN...and the Divos are 'on it'....trying to sort it out...feck me... HOW ?????...are they going to pick their favourite fans and create a extra front row for these stalkers...to show how they 'appreciate' their support.... how about they appreciate the people who really put the butter on their bread..the general public who buy the millions of albums because they genuinely love what they do and couldn't give a shit about photos, videos, autographs,or getting a 'roll in the hay' with one of them and stop pandering to these deluded lonely fanatics who have nothing else to do but twit on twitter or stalk on FB in case one of these men say something or feed them a crumb with a photo of his view from his 5 star hotel or his cocktail he is about to drink.... How crase and off putting....feck off and to add fuel to the fire some chicks have had their signed gift set CD and book cancelled....and that results in the 'Day from Hell'.... It would take more than a good seat at an Il Divo show or a signed copy of the gift set to cure what ails these stupid deluded pathetic souls.....here's an idea... Take some of your concert funds and enroll in some kind of self help group...you know something like...'How to Assert Myself in my REAL life'....or 'How to Improve my Low Self Esteem'....in 6 easy lessons... that doesn't mean they can't be ID fans....it just might give them a healthy balance between fact and fantasy....and in turn improve their reality before their time runs out and they are left staring at photos and playing ID videos over and over and over again....and sitting alone reminising about the time they met...(insert Divo name here)......it's really not any kind of accomplishment ya know.... it's just a reminder of how stupid you are... Chill out chickies and give yourselves a break...
Subject: Re: IL DIVO : Reality Check Mon 21 Nov - 5:15
That was long post.... I forgot to mention the Urs stalking episode...do you know what hilarious.... The shock and horror expressed by the 'other' stalkers at this.... How dare this stalker call his room....while they chase his arse from pillar to post (in a respctful manner of course ) they are not stalkers...they are 'True Fans'.....like there's a difference... and the Randy Rev....don't forget her sparkley crucifix that would be discarded with her knickers given half the chance... a la...God...???? who's he....come on Ursy Baby lets you and me make sweet music together....I'll repent later... God help her congragation if that's what's preaching and influencing them.....

No wonder you can't find it- you have to wade thru a massive amount of shite to find where the man posts-
OK- here is the actual post:
Dear friends,
I'm so sorry to read how many of you had problems with their seats for the tour or their order for the book. We are in it. The four of us, our management and record company are doing everything to understand what happened and we want your happiness of course. I hope whatever inconvinience you are experiencing be sure that it really doesn't come from our end and hope we won't hold this agains't us. Re the book find below an e-mail adress
This is for any questions about albums or books or whatevever...
Re the tour i will find out where to write to although i m sure our management will find an adress e mail to write complains to and try to sort it out asap.
Lots of love to you all and for now thanks again for being such an incredible support xxxxx

I'm going to continue to like and reblog and 'answer' all your posts until you realize we are meant for each other..
She must know '4EverAssho*e'.... Well I gave up reading the comments.... I'm bull shit intolerant.... At least Seb is aknowledging the plight of the True Fans....and trying to sort it out by passing it on to some poor fecker working at whatever place runs these things.....whoever this poor person/people is at the end of the phone or e-mails has my sympathy.....dealing with these obcessives would be enough to make you walk out of your job... Can you imagine it.... 'I WANT MY FIRST ROW SEAT...I NEED TO SEE MY GUYS....THEY NEED TO SEE ME.... I HAVE BEEN LIVING FOR THESE SHOWS FOR THE 2 YEARS...I HAVE LOST 20 STONE AND GROWN MY HAIR AND BOUGHT A LOVELY RED DRESS...'cos that's the Diva colour...I'm Sebs 'Lady in Red' ) '...I ALSO HAVE A BADGE WITH MY DIVA NAME ON IT......GIVE ME MY SEAT..NOWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!! OR YOU'LL FEEL THE WRATH OF THE SISTERHOOD
Nice move Seb... While I agree that this reflects very badly on the group and their management and people are entitled to what they think they are paying for...these women are manic lunatics and I'm kinda glad that a lot of them have been disappointed and some less manic fans have the better seats......(nasty me... ) Why don't ID just make the most of some new faces in the front rows instead Off with me now to deal with the important things in life...my son's Parent Teacher Meeting...and find out what my lad is up to in school This is his final year before college and his exams are looming....very stressful for time for the youngsters... us Mama's have to help them handle it...

Not sure if Wicked game is any different than the last 3 cd's. Cross over hits, cover songs, foreign languages etc etc. Seems the goal for each cd is bigger and better and the best- have they achieved it yet? I really have no clue as I didn't buy this one- I liked how the interviewer labeled each singer- the passionate one, the forceful one the sensitive one. Sorry, I missed Urs's tag line
thanks for sharing-----

Colleen--
Playing devil's advocate here- wonder if anyone ever thought-- when planning the seats that would be available to the special divas, if someone in the higher 4 said, we know that the loyal's will take whatever seat they are given- mix it up a bit and let us see some new faces for once what do you think???
